At Hogan's Beach Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the package is scanned to track your return journey.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
